Phase 1

The Consumer

In order to mobilize consumers, we must first understand them. Our process starts by dimensionalizing the core customer with an actionable archetype. We go beyond demographics and self-reported data to develop a perspective on beliefs, wants, drivers and self-actualization statements to better understand what motivates consumers to do what they do. 

Phase 2

The Action

We engineer backwards from these customer motivations to establish reasonable actions they are willing to take. Through our evaluation process, we ensure the action selected is likely, measurable and logically leads to the business goal. 

Phase 3

The Idea

With a specific customer and action, we have the foundation for creative content development. We ask the question: What stimulus in what environment will most effectively move the individual to the desired action? The answers become ideas and effective campaigns are born.

Phase 4

The Analytics

We objectively report the efficiency with which a campaign can stimulate a specific segment to take a specific action. Both real-time and transparent, analytics allow for optimization of message, tactics and validation of the variable(s) we are testing, all with an eye on maximizing performance.
